My thoughts about eTwinning
For me, eTwinning is a way of teaching and learning. Every year my students and I participate in eT projects and we collaborate with schools around Europe. We find a topic, discuss about the aims and outcomes, we agree on the common activities, run the project and, finally, evaluate it.

2.6 Activity: Peer review of project plan
- I created a project plan about my eTwinning project of this year 2016-17 and got reviewed by Filomena Bianco, as followingQ
I can understand your concerns, because time is one of our worst enemies, but I think that with the help of a detailed agenda you should be able to meet the deadlines. I suggest to use the first task as a model to see if your expected timing is right or not and maybe adjust the following.
As for your second concern, I’m afraid you can only encourage and urge, if necessary, your colleagues to meet the deadlines, because any delay is going to affect the whole project.
Finally, as for the plan, I think you have misplaced the expected results. In that space you should write about tangible artifacts, which in your case are the items made by the students.
